Portable version of Gpg4win

• Precondition: For the portable version of Gpg4win you need to have Gpg4win installed with all components including GPA.
• To create the portable version of Gpg4win use the included tool mkportable.exe.
• In the install directory run the following command from the command line (cmd):
  mkportable.exe [OPTIONS] TARGETDIR
  (Important: The name of the target folder has to be at least four characters long.)

More hints:
• Your certificates and settings are saved in the directory 'home' of portable version.
• The portable version does not include GpgOL nor GpgEX!
• Please note: Do not use portable applications - especially crypto applications - on potentially infected systems.
• To see all options for creating the portable version run this command:
  mkportable.exe --help

Installation

After downloading please verify the integrity of your Gpg4win package. Then double-click on the file you have downloaded and follow the instructions on the screen (or look at the documentation) and read the current README file.
